Product was made exactly how I requested. I was able to customize the disclaimer, caution and use of product. The logo and print turned out beautifully. Each piece is individually wrapped.
There were issues with tracking my shipment but once I reached out to Ninshang You she promptly located the correct tracking number and explained everything to me. (Due to Chinese New Year tracking info/ communication w/original rep was delayed) Any time I couldn’t make initial contact with my original representative I was able to receive a prompt response from Ninshang You.
I will definitely order again from them. I would just suggest to be mindful when/if ordering during the Chinese New Year there may be a slight delay.
